Refund Policy for Trainer Services by Paul Kennedy DBA Game On Sales Events/PKPS, Inc.

1. Introduction

This refund policy outlines the terms under which refunds may be granted for the services provided by Paul Kennedy, DBA Game On Sales Events/PKPS, Inc., for operating a car sales event.

2. General Refund Policy

2.1 Trainee fees are generally non-refundable, except under the conditions outlined below.

3. Event Cancellation by Client

3.1 If the client cancels the event:

• More than 30 days before the start date:      A full refund of the trainer service fees, minus any non-recoverable costs incurred by Paul Kennedy DBA Game On Sales Events/PKPS, Inc.
• 15-30 days before the start date: A 50% refund of the trainer service fees, minus any non-recoverable costs.
• Less than 15 days before the start date: No refund.

4. Event Cancellation by Trainer

4.1 If Paul Kennedy DBA Game On Sales Events/PKPS, Inc. cancels the event for any reason, a full refund of all fees paid for trainer services will be issued.

5. Dissatisfaction with Services

5.1 If the client is dissatisfied with the services provided, a written complaint must be submitted within 7 days of the event's conclusion. 5.2 Refunds for dissatisfaction will be considered on a case-by-case basis, at the discretion of Paul Kennedy DBA Game On Sales Events/PKPS, Inc., and may involve partial or full refunds depending on the nature of the complaint and the circumstances.

6. Force Majeure

6.1 If the sales event is cancelled due to unforeseen circumstances beyond the control of both parties (e.g., natural disasters, pandemics), both parties will discuss and agree on a fair resolution, which may include rescheduling the event or a partial refund of fees.
